DR. M. LAPPIN DIES SUDDENLY
HAD BEEN PRACTICING DENTIST IN RICEVILLE FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS

Riceville – Dr. Manley Robert Lappin, 63, died suddenly at his home here Tuesday morning of coronary thrombosis. Dr. Lappin had been a practicing dentist for more than 30 years.

Funeral services will be held at the home at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon.

Surviving is his wife.

Manley Robert Lappin was born December 15, 1879 in Mitchell County, Iowa, the son of Robert Lappin and Anna (Woldridge) Lappin.

He married Daisy Walker, the daughter of Hugh Walker and Ella (Gordon) Walker.
