Mr. and Mrs. Earl Day have the sympathy of the community in the loss of their 15 year old daughter, Clara, who passed away at the hospital at Iowa City last week Monday evening. She had been confined to the hospital since April with a serious bone infection and one of her limbs was amputated to try and save her life.

Funeral service was Friday. [Oct 2]
