Ludvig (Ludwig) Larsen Dynna was born October 27, 1870 (or November 28, 1870?) at Rock, Mitchell, Iowa to Lars Larson Dynna and Ingeborg Larsdatter Flatla. Ludvig had one sister, Lise Maria Dynna and three step-siblings: Brede Wamstad, Della Ingeborg Wamstad and Oline Wamstad. Ludvig was confirmed at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church, Meroa, Iowa on June 7, 1885.
The Hadelandlag Museum in Hadeland, Norway, states that Ludvig's birth date as November 28, 1870 and says he was a Lieutenant in Company D, 1st South Dakota Infantry in the Spanish-American war in 1898.
Ludvig died June 15, 1910 at possibly Rock, Mitchell, Iowa and was buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Cemetery, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.

1880: Andres Wamsted 29, Engeborg Wamsted 39, Ludwick Wamsted 9 (should be Larson), Maria Wamsted 7 (should be Larson), Brade Wamsted 2, Engeborg A. Wamsted 3m, Gabriel Burke 24.
1885: Ole Andrew Wamsted 36, Engelberg Wamsted 44, Bred Wamsted 6, Engelberg Wamsted 4, Ludwig Larson 14, Lizzie M Larson 12.1902: living at Freeborn, Minnesota, working as a driver: Ludwig L. Dynna.
Found in the 1910 census at Mason City, Cerro Gordo, Iowa, renting a room and working at the brick & tile plant: Lomer Dynna age 39.

(Cannot verify Ludvig's service in the Spanish American war but have found a few references to support it.)
