New Haven, Iowa - Gene R. Foxen, 52, of Emporia, Kansas, and formerly of New Haven, died April 23, 2012, in Emporia.

A memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 2, at St. Peter Catholic Church, New Haven, with the Rev. Ray E. Atwood as celebrant. Inurnment will follow in the St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, New Haven.
