MRS. PETER MAYER, STACYVILLE, DIES

Stacyville – Mrs. Peter Mayer died Monday evening.

Surviving are her husband and five sons; William, Arthur, Joseph, Albert, and Paul.

Mary Heimer was born April 1867 in Mitchell County, Iowa, the daughter of Mathias Heimer and Mary Gertrude (Gansmiler) Heimer. She married Peter Mayer, the son of John Mayer and Maria Anna (Sauther) Mayer.

Her son Mathias preceded her in death in 1929.
