Funeral services for DeLois Seater, 81, who died Saturday, August 21, 1993, were held Tuesday, August 24 in Northwood at First Lutheran Church with Rev. Mark Bents officiating.

DeLois Seater was born May 2, 1912 in North Dakota, to Carl and Ida Halvorson Dahl. The family moved to the St. Ansgar area during her early years. She graduated from St. Ansgar High School. She then became a nurse and worked at Cook County General Hospital, Chicago, Illinois for 28 years as supervisor of the orthopedic ward.

She married Don Seater January 30, 1967 in Mason City. She was a member of various church organizations.

She is survived by one aunt, Lydia Halvorson and several cousins.

Burial was in the First Lutheran Cemetery, St. Ansgar, Iowa.
