Funeral services were held Saturday, September 29, for Enid Lucile Church, 89, who died Wednesday, September 26 at the Cresco Care Center.

Enid was born September 19, 1895, in McIntire, Iowa, the daughter of Oliver and Cora (Harrison) Gooder. She married George Henry Church and they lived in the McIntire-Riceville area.

Mrs. Church is survived by two sons, John of Cresco and William of Riceville; six great-grandchildren and a sister, Gladyce Gooder of Cedar Falls.

Her parents, husband, one brother and one sister preceded her in death.

Services were held at the United Methodist Church in McIntire, with burial in Wayne Cemetery, McIntire. Rev. L. Carlson officiated at the services with Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville in charge of arrangements.
