Funeral services for Jeanette Leverson, 50, of Osage were held on Thursday afternoon, April 26 at the United Methodist Church. Rev. J. S. Pittman officiated at the service, with burial at the Osage City Cemetery. Champion Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. She died on Tuesday, April 24, 1984, at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital.

Miss Leverson was born on October 22, 1933 in Osage, to Emmet and Verna (French) Leverson. She was a 1951 graduate of Osage high school and was a member and historian of the Osage Wa Tan Ye Club. She was also a member of the United Methodist Church and sand in the church choir for 35 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Marvin.

Survivors include cousins.
