Nels Sorenson, 95, of St. Ansgar, died Sunday April 8, 1984, at the Good Samaritan Center in St. Ansgar. Private memorial services will be held. The body will be cremated and burial will be at Fort Snelling in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. Sorenson, a native of Lyle, Minnesota, was born on August 7, 1888, to Peter and Sophie Sorenson. He was a World War I veteran and had lived in the nursing home since 1972.

He is survived by a stepdaughter, Mrs. Glenn (Clyll) Decklever of St. Ansgar.
