MRS. CALVIN MOODY
DIED IN KANSAS CITY

The following clipping from the Kansas City Times tells of the death of Mrs. Calvin B. Moody, wife of the pastor of the local Congregational church from 1888 to 1892. Mrs. Moody was greatly loved by the people of all the Osage churches during her residence here.

"Mrs. Fanny Kingsley Moody, 77 years old, wife of Dr. Calvin B. Moody, died August 13, 1936 at her home.

"Mrs. Moody had lived in Kansas City since 1915, where her husband took over the pastorate of the Ivanhoe Park Church.

"She was born at Middlebury, Vt., Jan. 6, 1859. She was married to Dr. Moody on July 29, 1880, in Vermont.

"Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Fanny M. Dawson, and a grandson, both at home. Burial was made in Forest Hill Cem., Kansas City."
