SERVICES PENDING FOR JOHN REDDING

Riceville – John Redding, 81, died Wednesday morning at the Cresco Hospital. He has been making his home here with his daughter, Mrs. Ralph Keniry.

Mrs. Keniry and two grandchildren are his only survivors.

The funeral will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, but plans are indefinite as to time and place of burial.
The Riceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

JOHN REDDING RITES HELD AT RICEVILLE

Riceville – Funeral services for John Redding, 82, were conducted Friday at Immaculate Conception Church here.

He died Wednesday morning at a Cresco hospital. Burial was in Geneva.

FORMER GENEVA MAN DIES IN CRESCO
INTEMENT MADE LAST FRIDAY IN GENEVA CEMETERY

Geneva, Iowa, Oct 2. – Jack Redding, a former Geneva farmer, passed away in the Cresco Hospital, on September 25th. Funeral services were at Riceville where he had been living the past few years with his daughter. Grveside services were held in the Geneva Catholic Cemetery, Friday, where he was buried.

Survivors are his daughter, Mrs. Ralph Keniry of Riceville, and two grandchildren, and two great grandsons. Here from a distance to attend the last rites were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hanig, of Dubuque, Paul Logan, of Sioux City, and Mrs. Mamie Redding, of Iowa Falls.

John married Susan Rooney. Her name is from a birth record for another daughter of theirs Susan Florence Redding, who was born July 26, 1907 in Osceola, Iowa.
