Poor Farm Street

Joseph Lee died at the poor farm, Friday October 1st, and was buried Saturday.

Mr. Lee was born in Ireland and according to the poor house register was past 79 years of age. He was an inmate of the poor house over 14 years and was always proud of his home. He was a very faithful old man to attend to his chores and work through the week and always went to church and Sunday school on Sunday, until his failing health compelled him to stay at home.
