Mrs. C.A. Elverum died Sunday evening after an illness of but a few hours, brought on by accouchement. She was a young woman, but twenty-eight years of age, and all who had the pleasure of her acquaintance were charmed by her graces of person and mind. But death is no respector of persons, and aimed his fatal dart and struck her down just as she had entered upon the threshold of motherhood.

She leaves a husband and four small children to battle with the world while she is enjoying the happiness of the world above.

The parent and relatives whose hearts are sore, have the sympathy of the public in their bereavement.

The funeral services will be held in the Lutheran Church at this place next Friday.
