DIES AT HOME
IN WATERLOO

OSAGE, IOWA - A former Osage resident, Mrs. Clarence Coonradt, 50, was buried at Memorial Park Cemetery, Waterloo, Monday afternoon, following rites at the Parrott and Wood Funeral Home. She died suddenly Thursday evening from a cardiac attack at her home in Waterloo. Mrs. Nettie Allsup, Christian Science Reader, officiated.

Born to Harry and Fanny Palmer, July 1, 1908, at Winnebago, Illinois, she came to Osage in 1918. She was graduated from Osage High School and assisted her father in the Osage Market.

She was married November 24, 1937, at Waterloo, to Clarence Coonradt.

Survivors includes her parents of Osage, her husband, two daughters, Nancy and Barbara, all of Waterloo, and three sisters, Miss Fern Palmer, Osage, Mrs. Fred Knudtson, Garner, and Mrs. Russell Otcheck, Grinnell.

NOTES:

She was Margaret Frances Palmer born July 1, 1908 in Winnebago, Illinois, the daughter of Harry Clinton Palmer and Fanny (Smith) Palmer.

She married Clarence L. Coonradt, the son of Lloyd William Coonradt and Tillie (McKanna) Coonradt.

Clarence was born August 29, 1913 in Osage and died (as far as I know) on May 28, 1968. ???

Both Margaret and Clarence's parents are buried in Osage.

They had a son, Craig Russell Coonradt, who died in infancy.
