Christine (Krainer) Haas

June 9, 1885 – September 24, 1951

HAAS RITES HELD

St. Ansgar – Funeral services for Mrs. Christine Haas, 66, were held Thursday at the St. Ansgar Catholic Church, the Rev. T. J. Conroy celebrating requiem mass. Burial was in the St. Ansgar Cemetery.

She was the widow of the late Stephen Haas to whom she was married to in Croatia on January 29, 1904. They came to the United States in 1912 and to St. Ansgar in 1918 where Mr. Haas was a blacksmith for many years.

Mrs. Haas is survived by two daughters; Magdalin, R. N., of Oak Park, Illinois; and Mrs. A. J. (Julie) Fleischer of Wells, Minnesota; also two grandchildren
