SERVICES HELD FOR
LAWRENCE DECKLEVER

Funeral services were held for Lawrence H. Decklever on Saturday, April 3, 1982, at 2:00 p.m. at our Savior's Lutheran Church. Rev. Joseph Nesheim and Rev. Harold Larsen officiated at the service. Burial was in the Osage Cemetery. Champion Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Lawrence, age 72, the founder of Decklever Ready Mix, died Tuesday, March 30, 1982, at a Harlingen, Texas, hospital.

Mr. Decklever was a longtime resident of Osage and for many years owned and operated the ready-mix concrete business he founded. He was retired.

Mr. and Mrs. Decklever were married June 5, 1932 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, William and Amanda (Ruehlow) Decklever. Also one granddaughter, Diane Decklever and one great-grandson, Jason Peterson.

Survivors include his wife, Elsie, Osage; one daughter Marian Decklever, Sarasota, Florida; four sons, LaVern, Lenox, Massachusetts; Wayne, Phoenix, Arizona; Richard, Osage and Larry, Bloomington Minnesota; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Clyde (Verna) Roehr, St. Ansgar.
