Mary Marguerite (Wherry) Erbe –December 4, 1896 – August 4, 1984

Osage-Marguerite Erbe, 87, of Osage, died Saturday (Aug 4, 1984) at the Osage hospital. She was a longtime Osage and Orchard area resident.

Services were held at 10:30 the morning of August 6, 1984 at the United Methodist Church in Osage, with the Rev. James Pittman officiating. Burial in the Osage Cemetery.

Visitation is at the church before the service. Champion Funeral Home, Osage is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Erbe is survived by three grandchildren, John, Mark, and Marsha; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Frances Mulcahy, State Center; and two brothers, Ralph Wherry, Osage and Harley Wherry, LeRoy, Minn.

Mary Marguerite Wherry was born December 4, 1896, the daughter of Frank and Maud (Sutton) Wherry. She married Harvey Erbe, the son of Henry and Mary (Gast) Erbe
