Grace M. Richey, 102, an employee of the telephone office in Riceville for many years, died on Wednesday, July 9, 1986 at a Bettendorf nursing home. Funeral services were held on Friday, July 11, 1986 at Conway Funeral Chapel in Riceville, with Rev. J. Hawf officiating. Burial was in the Riverside Cemetery, Riceville.

Mrs. Richey was born on April 27, 1884 at Cresco, to William and Carrie (Greene) River.

Survivors include one daughter, Kathleen Kraft of Bettendorf; one son, Francis Richey of Olivia, Minnesota; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
