Mrs. Wm. McLain, who formerly was a resident of Osage, died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Rodgers seven miles north of the city.
On Friday she suffered with a stroke of paralysis and on Monday she succumbed to the shock. Owing to similar shocks at previous times her health was much impaired, and the last stroke, being a severe one, her death was expected. The funeral takes place Thursday from the home of her daughter, Rev. Heald officiating at the service.
