BURIED AT LONG BEACH
MONDAY, FEB. 11, 1924

Mrs. William Boeck passed away Thursday, February 7, 1924, at Elsinor Springs, Claifornia, where she had been taken for treatment for a complication of diseases from which she was suffering.

Amelia Erbe was born in Dane county, Wisconsin, on October 19, 1866, and passed away to the higher life on February 7, 1924. In Dane county she grew to womanhood and was united in marriage to William Boeck, of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, on February 2, 1883. February 27, the same month, they came to Mitchell county and settled on a farm in Cedar township eleven miles southwest of Osage, where they resided until November 5, when they moved to Osage.

Two sons came to bless this union, Clarence Boeck, of Nora Springs, Iowa, and Harry, who died in infancy.

In 1915 Mr. and Mrs. Boeck moved to Long Beach, Calif., where they resided until death called a loving wife and mother. She also leaves two sisters and five brothers: Mrs. Caroline Gratias, Mrs. Anna Bumgardner and August Erbe, all of Long Beach; John and Henry Erbe, of Bowdle, South Dakota; and Earnest Erbe, of Saratoga, Iowa; also two half sisters and a half brother: Mrs. Emma Davis of Whales, Wisconsin; Mrs. R. Crowly of Corona, South Dakota; and Louis Erbe of Holstein, Wisconsin, besides a large circle of friends who mourn her loss.
