FORMER OSAGE WOMAN
DIED IN WASHINGTON
SEPTEMBER 6THFrank Frazee received word Sunday that his sister, formerly Miss Maude Frazee, has passed away at her home at Arlington, Washington, at 6 p.m., September 6, 1924.
Mrs. Letson suffered an attack of flu, or grippe, about two years ago, from which she never recovered, and from that time failed in health. About five months ago she became an invalid, unable to leave her bed, and the real cause of her illness was unknown. A few weeks ago, however, a specialist discovered an inward goitre, and this, developing rapidly, caused her death.
She is survived by her husband and three children, two daughters, Hellen and Lenore, and a son, Charles.
Mrs. Letson is well known to those who lived here thirty years ago. She graduated from the local high school, was prominent in social activities, and married an equally well-liked Osage man. Because of the death of her parents and the removal of most of the relatives, she has made only one visit here during the past year but her former schoolmates will grieve no less because of that.
Mr. Frazee had no defintie information as to funeral arrangements yesterday, but thought interment would be at Arlington.
