Funeral services for Anita Olsen, 79, of Osage, were held Friday, January 3, 1985 at Champion Funeral Home in Osage. The Rev. Dennis Hanson of Our savior's Lutheran Church in Osage officiated, and burial was in the Osage Cemetery. Mrs. Olsen died Monday, December 30, 1985 at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital.

She was born on December 4, 1906 in St. Ansgar, Iowa, to Emil and Elizabeth (Clausen) Clever. She attended Osage schools and graduated from Osage High School in 1925. On February 18, 1948, she and Itvin Olsen were married.

Mr. Olsen preceded her in death in 1974.

Survivors include a sister, Merna Clever of Osage; two stepsons, Gene Olsen of Ackley and Linton Olsen of Spanaway, Washington; and six step-grandchildren.
