Earl H. Jeffries – February 26, 1898 – January 13, 1962

EARL JEFFRIES RITES MONDAY AT OSAGE

Osage – Funeral services were held Monday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church here for Earl Jeffries, 63. He died Saturday following an illness of two months. Burial was in the Osage Cemetery with Champion Funeral Home in charge.

Surviving are his wife, three sons; Ernest, Floyd; Francis, La Paz, Bolivia; Orland, Kansas City; a daughter, Nancy, Mason City; four grandchildren, a brother Charles, Osage.

Born February 26, 1898 in Rock Township, he was the son of Fred and Louella (Lovejoy) Jeffries. He was married to Gustave Johnson in 1921. He was employed by the Cedar Valley Produce Company.
