Funeral Services Are
Held for Pioneer Osage
Resident, Jacob Weber

OSAGE, IOWA, Aug. 1 — Jacob Weber, who died Saturday, was buried Tuesday morning, the funeral being held at the New Haven Catholic church, with the Rev. Father A, N. Tibeau in charge.

Mr. Weber was born June 8, 1854, at Traer, Germany. He was married to Miss Mary Dieterich. February 22, 1876. To this union 14 children were born, 13 of whom, survive: John, Anna, Susie and Rose of New Haven; Peter of Nebraska, Mary of Minnesota; George of Osage; Fred of Elma; Will of Bassett; Lillian of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Myrtle of Elma; Jake of Madison Wisconsin, and Jennie of Colwell.

Mr. and Mrs. Weber came to this county fifty-four years ago.
