TUESDAY AFTERNOON
-- WAS 85 YEARS OLD

Jacob Bohl, father of Mrs. Frank Kelley and Sherman Bohl, of this place, passed away at his home on Tuesday afternoon at about twenty minutes to 6, after an illness of a couple weeks.

For a man of his years, Mr. Bohl has been very active and had spent the winter, apparently in good health, with relatives in Washington and in South Dakota. he suffered his first illness on the way home, a slight stroke of paralysis, and was in a hospital at Minneapolis for a few days. His son brought him home from there and he has rapidly failed since.

Mr. Bohl was in his 85th year, and is survived by another daughter who is here from Spencer, Iowa, besides Mrs. Kelley and Sherman.

Funeral services will be held from the Methodist church Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock and interment made in the local cemetery.
