VIOLA F. (EIFFLER) FRAHM –November 7, 1913—September 29, 2008

Viola F. Frahm, 94, of Riceville, died Monday, Sept. 29, at Riceville Family Care and Therapy Center after a short illness.

She was born Nov. 7, 1913, in Afton Township, Howard County, daughter of William and Sarah Ball Eiffler. On Sept. 18, 1940, she married Albert W. Frahm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Maple Leaf. He died Oct. 21, 1981.

Mrs. Frahm farmed with her husband north of Elma.

Survived by: a son, Larry (Linda) of Cedar Rapids; a grandson; and a brother, Wilfred Eiffler of Reinbeck.

Preceded in death by: two brothers, Herbert Eiffler and Melvin Eiffler; and a sister, Myrtle Schwake.

Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Maple Leaf, with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Riceville.

Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Conway Funeral Home, Riceville, and for an hour before services Thursday at the church.
