OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral rites were held here on Tuesday at the Champion Funeral Home, for the infant Helen Pauline Young, who died Saturday, [July 11, 1953] at University hospital, Iowa City. She had been ill since her birth on June 17, 1953. She had spent just one week at the parental home prior to being rehospitalized.

She was the daughter of Marion and Mildred (Schroeder) Young.

She leaves her parents; a sister, Judith Ann Young; two brothers, John and Robert Young, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Schroeder of Osage; Mrs. Fred Hill, Little Cedar, and D. A. Young, of Waurika, Oklahoma.
