HOLD RITES OF MAY COWAN, 62
LONGTIME RESIDENT OF RICEVILLE DIES AT OSAKIS, MINN.

Riceville – Funeral services for Miss May Cowan, 62, were held at the Congregational Church on Sunday afternoon at 2:30, conducted by the Rev. E. Bodenham and the Rev. J. Priestley.

Miss Cowan had been a resident of this place many years ago, and had spent some time in California but at the time of her death was at the home of her brother, Harry Cowan, at Osakis, Minnesota

Surviving are her brother, his wife Nellie, and son, Gordon. She was buried by the side of her parents in Riverside Cemetery.
