FORMER OSAGE MAN,
DIED IN NO. DAKOTA.

Local relatives have received news of the death of a former Osage man, Darwin A. Bucknam, 69, which occurred at Jamestown, North Dakota, Tuesday. The body is being brought to Riceville and burial will be made there.

Mr. Bucknam lived at Riceville many years ago and married the former Grace Radford of that city. She is a sister to Mrs. F. A. Brown, Riceville.

Later they moved to a farm a mile and a half south of Osage; still later to what is now the Mrs. Archie Cole place, now occupied by the Stannard Hills. He built the buildings on that place.

After a few years he moved into Osage, building the house on South Seventh street, now occupied by the Henry Gaarders. About twenty years ago he moved to Jamestown, North Dakota.

He is survived by his widow and three sons: Radford and Stephen, both of Jamestown; and Darwin, a physician in Chicago. He was a brother to the late J.A. and C.E. Bucknam.
