LOUISE HOFFER, 92, SUCCUMBS; RITES SATURDAY

Osage – Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday for Louise Hoffer, 92, at the Champion Funeral Home.

She died Tuesday evening in Des Moines where she had lived for the past 12 years. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery with Rev. Homer Doak in charge.

Mrs. Hoffer was born June 1865 in Sweden to Mr. and Mrs. Lars Larsen and accompanied her parents to Osage around 1885. She lived here all her life except for the past 12 years.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Peter Johnson, who died in 1907 and William Hoffer who died in 1941 and two brothers.
