James "Jim" Midlang

OSAGE, IOWA - James "Jim" Leslie Midlang, 64, of Kearney, Nebraska, and formerly of Osage, passed away Friday, August 26, 2011.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2011, at Evangelical Free Church, 4010 Seventh Ave, Kearney, Nebraska.

James was born on December 25, 1946, the son of Leslie and Mildred Midlang.

Jim is survived by his son, Anthony (DeeAnn) Midlang and their daughters Tatum and Sydney all of Osage; his father, Leslie Midlang of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; his sister, Joanne (Bruce) Dahlberg of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; his niece, Chris Orluskie of Lake Park, Minnesota; his nephew, Erick Griffin of Ceylon, Minnesota; several great nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Jim is preceded by, his mother, Mildred Midlang.
