Frank Spitz, 96, died on Monday, March 18, 1985, at his home.

He was born on October 2, 1888.

Mr. Spitz farmed most of his life in the Orchard area, and upon retirement moved to Osage.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 22, 1985, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage, with Father Leon Connolly officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery with military rites at the grave by Orchard American Legion Post 641.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Juenger, Austin, Minnesota, and Sister Theresa Ann, DeWitt; three sons: Donald and Bernard of Osage and Clarence of Norfolk, Virginia; 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
