Osage, Iowa — Funeral services will be at the Chapman funeral home in Osage Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. for a former Mitchell resident, Mrs. Maria Vaughn, who died at her home at Ottumwa following an illness of six weeks. She suffered a paralytic stroke in April and had been confined to her bed since that time.

She leaves a daughter Mrs. Maude Thompson, and a son, Erving Vaughn, both of Ottumwa.

Burial in the Mitchell Cemetery.
