Services held for Elsie Torney

Elsie Tibbits Torney, 66, of Osage passed away January 3, 1982 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in St. Ansgar.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 6 at 1 p.m. in the Trinity Lutheran Church, Osage, with Reverend Kit Belk officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Valley Cemetery in Spring Valley, Minnesota.

Mrs. Torney is survived by two sons, Clarus Tibbits, Evansdale, and John Tibbits of Bloomington, Minnesota, one daughter, Mrs. Ervin (Bonnie) Bly of Osage, nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild, two sisters, Mrs. Henry (Louise) Nath, Toeterville and Mrs. Clara Flaherty, Minneapolis, Minnesota, two brothers, William Rosensweig, Casper, Wyoming, and Robert Rosensweig, Riceville.
