OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral rites are pending for Frank J. Borchardt, 74, farmer, who died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon at his farm home; rites tentatively set for Friday at Immanuel Lutheran church.

Burial in Rock Creek St. John's cemetery east of Grafton.

Survivors include his widow, three sons, Raymond and Leland, Osage, and Armond, Emmetsburg; one daughter, Mrs. Herbert Ide, Cedar Falls; five brothers and thre sisters.
