MRS. J. E. PARR, 70 DIES AT OSAGE, RITES FRIDAY

Osage – Mrs. J. E. Parr, 70, died Wednesday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home with burial in Osage Cemetery.
Jessie Edna Tubbs was born Mar. 20, 1892 at Sherburn, Minn, to Silas and Martha Tubbs.
Her parents died when she was 2 and she lived with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tubbs. She was married here December 24, 1919.

Surviving are her husband, four children. Ernest Jr. of Riceville; Kenneth of Joliet, Ill; Mrs. Emil (Virginia) Tonn of Reinbeck; Mrs. Bill (Betty) Mouw of Rochester, Minn.; 10 grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Perry Galley, Kenyon, Minn.
