HOLD FUNERAL MONDAY FOR MITCHELL PIONEER

Osage – Funeral services for Mrs. A. I. Stacy, 83, were to be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home. Death was due to a blood clot.

Mrs. Stacy was born in Monona County and accompanied her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Fonda, to Stacyville at the age of 2. She had made her home in Mitchell County Since.

Surviving are 6 children. Her husband died in 1939. A brother, Frank Fonda, lives at Twin Falls, Idaho.

According to her husband Asa’s obit the surviving children were:
Burton of Osage; Donald of Western Springs, Ill.; William of Ames; Ruth of Moline, Ill.; Mrs. R. R. Wright of Salix; and Mrs. William Wright of Osage;
