MITCHELL, IOWA — The body of Phllo B. Williams, 59, former resident here who died at Minneapolis, Minnesota, was brought here August 1 for burial. Commitment rites at Oak Grove Cemetery were conducted by Reverend E. E. Anderson, pastor of the Community church.

Surviving are his widow, a son, and a sister, Mrs. Warren Morse Estherville. A brother-in-law of Mr. Williams who had the same birthday died on the same day as Mr. Williams did.
