OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services for William A. Puckett, 60, who died Saturday afternoon at Mitchell County Hospital at Osage will be 9 a.m. Wednesday at Champion Funeral Home; burial in Burlington, Iowa.

Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Chester Walsh and Mrs. Howard Thorsen, both of Osage.
