Tereasa (Wiesenmayer) Sauer ca. 1899-1950

FORMER ST. ANSGAR WOMAN KILLED ON TRIP FROM SOUTH

St. Ansgar – Mrs. Robert Hegland received word that her sister, Mrs. Mike Sauer of Chicago was killed in an auto accident and Mr. Sauer was injured and taken to the hospital. The other couple in the car escaped serious injury. They were returning to Chicago from a trip to Arkansas when the accident occurred.

Mrs. Hegland and son, Robert Scott, left for Chicago to attend the funeral of her sister.

The Sauers were former residents of St.. Ansgar, Mr. Sauer having operated a barbershop here.
