ROBERT GARDNER DIES AT OSAGE; RITES TUESDAY

Osage – Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home for Robert Gardner, 50. He died Sunday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. The Rev. John Woodin of the First Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Born May 30, 1912, in Illinois, he was a graduate of the Osage High School. He was associated with the Gardner Nursery and also was a trucker.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Diane Hunn, Osage; a grandson and a sister; Mrs. Robert Woehrle, Brainard, Minnesota.

Robert Earl Gardner was the son of Clark Gardner and Grace (Bush) Gardner. Burial was in the Osage Cemetery.
