GEORGE LAUGHLIN SUCCUMBS TO HEART ATTACK
Osage – Funeral rites are pending for George Laughlin, 59, Osage business man. He died suddenly from a heart attack Sunday morning at his Osage home. Rites will be at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, with burial in the Osage Cemetery.
Born February 1901, in Osage to Austin and Daisy Laughlin, he was graduated from the Osage high School. He established his own business of Laughlin Plumbing and Heating.
He was married to Elsa Kuehn in1927.
Survivors include his wife, six children: Mrs. John Stout, Chillan, Chile; Walter, Virginia, Minn.; Alvin, San Leandro, Calif.; James, Fargo, N. Dakota; Mrs. Aubrey (Leonore) Estal, Austin, Minn., and Alice, at home; nine grandchildren; two brothers, Lewis and Clarence Laughlin, both of Osage; Mrs. John (Margaret) Rogers, and Mrs. Orson Smith, Rexburg, Idaho.
