RICEVILLE, IOWA - Joan M. Marley, 57, of Riceville, died Wednesday (May 10, 2000) at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the St. Peter's Catholic Church in New Haven, with the Rev. John Moser officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Conway Funeral Home in Riceville, with a 5 p.m. rosary and a 7 p.m. scripture service. There will be additional visitation one hour prior to services on Saturday at the church.

Conway Funeral Home, (319) 985-2797, is in charge of arrangements.

Kloberdanz, Austin, Minn., announce the engagement and approaching nuptials of their foster daughter, Miss Joan Marie May, Rochester, Minn., formerly of Mason City, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank May, and David C. Marley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Marley, New Haven. A September 14th weding at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Austin is planned. They will be at home on a farm near Osage.

The bride-elect was graduated from Pacelli high School in Austin and from the Austin Area Vocational School. She is employed as assistant dietitian, St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester.
Mr. Marley was graduated from st. Mary's High School, New Haven, and is engaged in farming.
