GUNSALLUS, 84, DIES AT OSAGE

Retired Farmer Is
Victim of Stroke;
In County 41 Years

OSAGE, IOWA -- Robert Gunsallus, 84, died Saturday morning at his home as the result of a paralytic stroke suffered two weeks ago.

He was born in Beach Creek, Pennsylvania, and came to Mitchell County in 1900. He retired from farming five years ago and moved to Osage.

Surviving are his widow and five children: James of Osage, John of St. Ansgar, Jake of Aricka*, Missouri, Mrs. Edrian** Bond of Austin Minnesota, and Mrs. Charles Blonigan*** of Osage.
