ALBERT BRADWELL DIES AT 85, RITES PENDING

Osage – Albert Bradwell, 85, died Monday evening at Friendship Haven, Fort Dodge, where he had lived the last 10 months. Funeral arrangements are pending at Champion Funeral Home here.

Born in England, November 14, 1878, he was the son of Linsley and Margaret Bradwell. When he was a child the family moved to Perry, Iowa. He was married to Mary Ellen Simpson in 1910. They had retired and lived in Osage since 1955.

Surviving are his widow, who is also at Friendship Haven; three daughters; Mrs. Maurice (Edna) Woodiwiss, Osage; Mrs. Howard (Sally) Vitteteaux, Des Moines; Mrs. Ed (Dorothy) Boyle, Cedar Falls; and three nephews whom they reared; Robert Simpson, Austin; Donald Simpson, Washington; Gordon Simpson, Orchard; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.
