JORGENSEN SERVICES HELD IN ROCK CREEK

Osage – Funeral services for Axetell Jorgenson, 75, who died at the Aase Haugen home for aged at Decorah, were held Monday afternoon at the Rock Creek Lutheran church. Burial was in Rock Creek cemetery.

Jorgensen was born in Norway June 27, 1867, and came to the United States at the age of 13. He was naturalized to citizenship in Osage October 1, 1900. He had farmed in this county until 20 years ago, when he and his sister, Carrie, moved to Osage.

Carrie Jorgensen is his only survivor.
