OSAGE MAN, 67, DIES SUDDENLY
FRANK VOAKLANDER IS HEART DISEASE VICTIM AT HOMEOsage – Frank Voaklander, 67, died suddenly Thursday afternoon at his home of heart disease.
He lived in Mitchell County all his life.He is survived by his wife, two children; Mrs. Albert Hultman and Ernest, both of Little Cedar; his mother, Mrs. Marie Voaklander of California; a brother, William of near Osage; two grandchildren and one great grandson.
Funeral services will probably be held Sunday at the Champion Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Mr. Hoyt, former pastor of the Little Cedar Methodist church.

Frank Albert Voaklander was born January 3, 1873 in Iowa (according to his WWI Draft Registration. He was the son of William Voaklander Sr. and Marie English.
He married Clarissa “Clara” Elizabeth Watt, the daughter of James Watt and Alma (Brown) Watt.#3
