MRS. PLUMMER, MC’INTIRE, DIES
Conduct Last Rites for 84 Year Old in Methodist Church

McIntire, Iowa — Funeral services were held for Mrs. Addie Plummer, 84, Monday afternoon at the McIntire Methodist church with the Rev. Rodenham of Riceville officiating.

Mrs. Plummer died October 26th, after a brief illness at the R. L. Templeton home where she resided.

Surviving are three sons, Roy of Duluth, Minn., Carl of St. Pal, Minn., Edwin of Austin, Minn., four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Pallearers were R. D. Williams, Elmer Grace, Charles Grace, George Errington, Leonard Steele and Irvin Wheeler.

Burial was in Wagner** cemetery at McIntire.

(**Note: the cemetery was Wayne and not Wagner like the obit says.)

According to the 1900 Census: Wayne, Mitchell, Iowa, Addie Plummer was born July 1856 in Wisconsin. According to the 1925 Census, she was the daughter of Smith Jones and Abbie Pillsbury.

She married Frederick J. Plummer (1858-1940. According to the 1925 Iowa Census he was the son of George W. Plummer and Agnes Cummings.
