Ruled Suicide

Services are pending for Mrs. Curtis (Charlene Hellen) Hutzell, 27, whose death was ruled a suicide by Chickasaw County Medical Examiner Dr. J. E. Murtaugh, at the Champion Funeral Home in Osage.

Mrs. Hutzell was found dead by her husband Sunday morning in their family car in the garage, according to the Chickasaw County Sheriff's Office.

Mrs. Hutzell is survived by her husband; four sons, Russell, Steven, Brian and Bruce, all at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kindschuh of Little Cedar; three brothers, Dennis of Des Moines, Allen and Kim, both at home.

MRS. CURTIS HUTZELL

NASHUA, IOWA - Services for Mrs. Curtis Hutzell, 27, who died Sunday morning in a car in the garage at her home of an apparent suicide, were to be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Osage, Iowa. Burial was in the Liberty Cemetery in Little Cedar, Mitchell County, Iowa.

The Champion Funeral Home, Osage, was in charge of arrangements.

NOTES:

Charleen Hellen (nee Kindschuh) was born on April 26, 1942, she died November 23, 1969, and her husband was Curtis Lee Roy Hutzell, all according to her tombstone at Liberty Cemetery.
