HAROLD HOWE 1913 – March 16, 1963

St. Ansgar – Harold Howe, 50, Lyle, Minnesota, died Saturday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Schroeder and Hou Funeral Home. The Rev. Lloyd Brockmeier of st. Ansgar Methodist church will officiate. Burial will be in Osage Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife, Leola; a son, James, in the Armed Forces; a daughter, Linda, at home; his mother, Mrs. Olive Howe, Osage; a brother, Louis, Butte, Montana; two sisters, Mrs. Lester (Jeanette) Heusman, Mitchell; Mrs. John (Clara) Barr, Phoenix, Arizona.

Harold was the son of Lester Wilson Howe and Olive (Johnson) Howe.
Harold Howe married Leola M Frese , the daughter of Herbert and Linda (Groth) Frese on February 5, 1938. After Harolds death, Leola married Arnold Matter.
